ILD Studio ("we", "our", "us") operates the Binaural Beats mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

We do not collect or store any personal data ourselves. However, we use third-party services such as Firebase Analytics and Google AdMob, which may collect data to analyze usage patterns or serve personalized ads, depending on your consent.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we become aware that such data was provided, we delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us personal data, please contact us.

We use sounds from LaSonotheque.org and Pixabay.com, licensed for free use without attribution.

Consent and GDPR Compliance

When you first use the App, we present a consent request via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) in compliance with the GDPR. This allows you to choose whether to allow personalized ads and anonymous analytics tracking.

You can modify your choices at any time by resetting the app's data in your device settings.
